- Rate: $200 per hour (4-hour minimum)

- Availability:
- Wednesdays: 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Saturdays: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Sundays: 12:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Karaoke Kubo is a family friendly venue open to all ages.
What’s Included
When you rent out Karaoke Kubo, you get full access to our premier karaoke setup and facilities:
- Exclusive Room Access:
- Four (4) private karaoke rooms (fit up to 10 people each)
- Two (2) karaoke pods (fit 1-2 people each).
- Top-Tier Entertainment: State-of-the-art karaoke systems loaded with thousands of songs, dynamic party lights, and 2 microphones per room.
- Facility Access: Full use of our spacious front lobby and two (2) restrooms (including 1 ADA-compliant restroom).
- Dedicated Support: One (1) staff member on-site for the full duration of your event to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Food & Beverage Policy
- Outside Food: Bring your own food for a flat fee of $50.
- Alcohol Policy: NO outside alcohol is permitted.
- Drink Discount: We offer a selection of beverages, beer, and hard seltzers available for purchase during your event at an exclusive 30% discount.
Booking & Cancellation Policy
- Deposit: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your date and time.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance for your event is due 3 days before your scheduled event date.
- Refund Policy: Your deposit is fully refundable only within 48 hours of making the booking. Once the 48-hour window has passed, the deposit is strictly non-refundable.
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule your event and transfer your deposit to a new date one time at no additional cost. Any subsequent date changes after the first free transfer will incur a $75 rescheduling fee per occurrence.
