What is the maximum number of people per room?
Each room fits up to 8 people max.
How many rooms do you have?
We have 4 rooms. They each fit up to 8 people max. We are looking into adding more rooms in the future!
Can we bring our own food/drink?
No. For the health & safety of all of our guests, you are NOT allowed to bring any outside food or drinks. Thank you for understanding!
Do you sell alcohol?
Yes, we serve beer and hard seltzer.
NO wine or liquor. NO soju/sake.
What is private karaoke?
At private karaoke, you and your party get your own room! Each room is equipped with seating, a television, and karaoke equipment.
Do you allow children/minors?
Yes, we are an all ages facility.
PLEASE NOTE: We are 18+ after 10pm.
Can I have my birthday party here?
We do not have a large party room, but you are welcome to book multiple rooms for your group!
If you book multiple rooms, please use a different contact name for each room. If you try to use the same contact name for both rooms, the system will reject the appointment.
Do you offer birthday party packages?
Currently, we do not have any party packages as we are not an event venue. We recommend dining at any of the fantastic restaurants in Redlands before or after your visit.
Can I bring food if I’m having my birthday party here?
No. For the health and safety of all guests, we do not allow outside food and beverage. Our rooms are not set up for dining – they are set up for karaoke.
What kind of food do you serve?
We have a light selection of snacks that are easy to eat while singing karaoke. (Tater tots, veggie spring rolls, cup noodles, chips.)
We have a selection of beverages including soda, tea, energy drinks, beer, hard seltzers, and non-alcoholic beer.

What karaoke software do you use?
We developed our own karaoke software! It allows you to use your mobile devices to scan a QR code in order to browse our song library and queue up your songs. If you don’t want to use your own device, we also supply each room with one tablet that will be connected to the karaoke app.
What kind of genres do you have?
A lot! Our library contains a wide variety of genres including rock, pop, indie, alternative, country, rap, R&B, k-pop, classic city pop, anime, soundtrack, musical theater (just to name a few!)
