Please allow 5-10 minutes for your confirmation email to be sent to the email address provided on the contact form.
If you made a mistake on your reservation, DO NOT make a new reservation. Please email us: hello@karaokekubo.com.
We are NOT able to provide a refund if you make multiple reservations in error.
LATE POLICY
- Please be ON TIME to your reservation. If you are late, you will not be guaranteed your full session as we will honor the reservations after yours.
- If you are more than 30 minutes late to your appointment, we will consider your group a NO SHOW and your session will be cancelled with no refund.
Cancellation Policy
There is a $15-$30 non-refundable deposit required to book your reservation, depending on your selection. Cancellations will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
